Do you need time to reset and refocus? Come away to the quiet, intimate setting of Sara Thurman’s creative space. Join me in my own home and creative studio to create with God. Our time will include taking walks, creating with paint (choices of watercolor, acrylic, and cold wax), writing sessions on journaling with God, prose, and time to outline your next project, and quiet time sitting with Jesus. You will leave refreshed and refocused for whatever the rest of 2023 holds.

Only ten spots are available to keep the setting intimate in my studio. Attendees may choose to stay at Sara’s home or at a nearby Airbnb. Please note that there are only four spots available at Sara’s home and Airbnb’s fill quickly in Wimberley, so rooms need to be booked quickly. Sara will be happy to help you secure a room locally if you would like.

Cost includes all art and writing supplies, breakfasts and lunches and two dinners. One dinner will be at a wonderful local restaurant where we will enjoy a delicious meal and live music. Attendees will be responsible for their meal and drinks.

Thursday

• 4:00 p.m. - Check-in
• 6:30 p.m. - Dinner and gathering around the table to share, dream and pray.

Friday

• 7:00 a.m. - Coffee
• 7:30 a.m. - Walk with Jesus; Journaling time
• 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast
• 9:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m. - Create in the Studio
• 12:00 -1:00 p.m. - Lunch
• 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. - Free Time to Meet with Jesus, Rest, Get Quiet, Create.  For those who desire, Sara will have a 30-minute individual session of prayer and direction with you.
• 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Meet together and Process the Day
• 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Dinner in Wimberley with live music

Saturday

• 6:30 - 7:00 a.m. - Breakfast
• 7:00 - 9:30 a.m. - Wimberley Market Day
• 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. - Walk and shop in town
• 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. - Lunch at Sara’s home
• 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Create time in the studio; Finish any art or writing pieces
• 6:30 p.m. - Dinner on the back porch; Gather and Share

Sunday

• 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast
• 9:00 -11:00 a.m. - Gather and share and dream and pray. Depart
